The position is on an as-needed basis and can be at any of our school buildings. Shifts range from 3- 7 hours.

To work under the general supervision of the cafeteria manager in performing a variety of
duties in the kitchen.

QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Some knowledge and experience in quantity cookery.
2. Ability to learn and work in all areas of the kitchen.

REPORTS TO: The Cafeteria Manager.

PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. To wear appropriate apparel while working.
2. To use and follow standardized recipes in the preparation of all foods.
3. To serve all food according to instructions.
4. To clean any area of kitchen according to sanitary regulations.
5. To store all food properly.
6. To follow all safety instructions when using equipment.
7. To cooperate with other employees.
8. To perform other duties as assigned by the cafeteria manager.
